The new scooter range comes with Ola’s ‘MoveOS 5’. Which is their new EV operating system. The manufacturer will continue to sell its Generation 2 scooters with discounts.

- The S1 Pro comes in two variants: one with a 3 kWh battery and the other with a 4 kWh battery. At the same time, the Pro + comes with a 4 or 5.3 kWh battery pack as an option.
- The Ola S1 X variant comes with 2, 3 and 4 kWh battery pack options. While the S1 X + comes with only a 4 kWh battery pack.
- Ola claims that the Pro + has a range of 320 km and a top speed of 141 kmph.

Earlier, scooters used to use belt drive. Now it has been replaced by chain drive. This change has increased energy efficiency by 2 percent and acceleration by 10 percent. Apart from this, the life of the chain will be twice that of the belt drive. The torque should also be higher. Ola says that the chain will make as much noise as the belt drive.

It has a new powertrain. Now, all scooters will get a mid-drive electric motor. Compared to a hub motor, it is four times more energy efficient and five times more reliable. The new motor now integrates an MCU.
